Imagine has a team of conflict resolution specialists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, the U.S., and elsewhere. The Imagine facilitators have training in mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution, human and minority rights, and academic background in history, international relations, political science. The team members have years of experience working in the non-governmental sector and academia. Imagine staff offers consulting in the field of conflict resolution, especially in conflicts revolving around identities of people, historical conciliation, as well as policy analysis and formulation, and conflict analysis. Imagine convenes groups of experts across the conflict divide to develop join solutions and recommendations on a range of issues related to the Turkish-Armenian and Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.

The Imagine team consists of professional facilitators with years of previous experience from many corners of the world. The trainers organized and facilitated problem-solving workshops and meetings for professionals, community leaders and student groups in Western and Eastern Europe, Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan, India, Cambodia, and elsewhere. Their work involved working with groups across the conflict divide - Turks and Armenians, Armenians and Azerbaijanis, Jews and Arabs, Hindus and Muslims, and others. DIALOGUE RETREATS

Imagine developed a unique dialogue retreat methodology that combines analytical dialogue sessions with outdoor team-building activities and living together in a remote area, evening activities, cooking, housekeeping and other shared duties. This methodology provides the participants with an intense 24/7 experience that not only challenges the stereotypes participants come into the program with, but also helps to transform relationships and form long-lasting ties to build on in the future. Imagine organizes retreats and dialogue workshops in various locations around the world.
